And gets crushed by the Numidium?

I keep seeing that this is one of the endings but I can't find a SINGLE video of that ending online. Is that what happens when you keep the totem for a year and a day? Do you ever get to Aetheius? Is there even a video to go along with it?

from my experience no there is no in-game ending to where this happens just the totem disappears from your inventory. That ending is only mentioned in the daggerfall chronicals guide book to the game as far as I know.

Anyone know for sure?

I'm pretty positive because you can't activate the totem unless you activate the mantella and you can't get to the mantella unless nulfaga sends you there and that only happends when you give the totem to somebody and don't keep it. of course you can always go to the dungeon yourself useing the glitch of going northeast or northwest not sure which one to get to the dungeon but even then I've tryed that and you can't activate the mantella.
