I just installed the UOP on my GOTY edition of Oblivion. I have the Shivering Isles, Knights of the Nine, Vile Lair, Battlehorn Castle, Thieves Den, and Wizard's Tower. I just installed the patch today, and my game worked fine earlier. However, after installing the patch, the game CTDs on the startup screen when the Bethesda logo shows. How can I fix this? Thanks.

EDIT: I also installed the Unoffical Shivering Isles Patch, the Unofficial Mods Patch, the Supplemental, and the KOTN hotfix.

Try regenerating the Oblivion.ini - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=know_how_to#RegenerateTheOblivion.ini

I regenerated the ini, but that did not help. I will post my load order, but just so you know, I am not using any mod manager as I have no mods except for the UOP.

Did you install only the patches for the DLCs you have? Any patches without their respective Master would cause a CTD on start.

The Unofficial Oblivion Patch only needs Oblivion.esm though... OP, did you install UOP 3.2.0?
