Hey just a quick question which i have had some worries about. will the special content from the pre order bonuses (in my case the vault 13 jumpsuit and gear) be usable on multiple playthroughs or only on one?

I believe when activated it goes through all your playthroughs. Meaning you put the code in once and it works every time you make a new character. Like a DLC on your Hard drive.

Well the items are added to your character magically anytime you load up a save where you haven't received them yet. So yes.
