I am at the part of the quest fror Kvatch Rebuilt where I must go to the count of skingrad to get help for the rebuilding efforts. however, after giving the man the food, the count never shows up. I am never given an audience. help?

I think he only shows up at midnight, but if he doesn't show up at all you might have to reload or something.

You aren't using open cities are you? If so, you need the compatibility patch or else he won't show.

Also, you are told the Count will see you at 'midnight tomorrow', ie 24 hours plus the remaining time to midnight. Perhaps you are a day early.

Don't just use the wait key to pass the time, it seems the mod doesn't like this. Go and do something useful with the time then report back.

Yeah, he will show up sometime after 10 pm. Sometimes it takes a bit for the script to kick in. KR is a patient mod - you'll need patience! It works and I always play it, but the guys definitely made it so time passes in between the various phases and that means that the scripts don't always fire right on cue... You will need the various patches for Open Cities or All Natural, if you're running any of those. I'm sure there's other mods out there that have patches too...
