Now i am a wereboar, can i be a werewolf? Its posible obtain the cure of lycantrophy and the get it again?

Yes, you can get it cured. It is a pain to do so. And if cured, yes you can get it again.

Two ways to get cured:
1. Wait for someone to send you a letter offering a way to cure your lycanthropy. This is the standard way and how you're supposed to do it.
2. Find a witches coven and ask for quests until she asks you to deliver a special potion, which you should then take and drink yourself. This is the backdoor.
