[WIPZ]Scribe Scrolls

Post » Thu Aug 19, 2010 2:58 am

First, does anyone know if this has already been done? I don't want to do something that has already been done.
I did some searching and did not see anything.
Currently I scripted and tested a single scroll to see if this was feasible. If the scroll is in inventory it acts normally, where you cast the scroll and then it is removed from inventory.
With my script, if you take the scroll and drop it/place it in the world and click on it you have a menu asking if you want to memorize the scroll, if you memorize it the spell will be added to your spell list and the scroll will vanish.

Does this sound like something useful to everyone?
In my opinion it seems silly that you couldn't read and memorize a scroll.

Thoughts? Opinions?
Thanks,
Winter

it seems a must have. It would be cool if you could make it compatible with oblivion xp ^_^

It has been done before by TheTalkieToaster (see his Enchantment Enhanced at Nexus: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18072) BUT a lot of people like to have alternatives so I'd say go for it :)

NOTE:
After reviewing TTT's mod for myself, you were right it already does what I was planning to do, therefore it seems redundant for me to continue on it. thank you for the information. :)
