Anyone a little bummed that this version of PSN interface looks the same as it always did??

I have it! sweet! but... the internet in the dorms will not let me log on to PSN unless I pay $10 more a month... Seeing as how I am already charged $3,000 a semester I find this a little ridiculous... It may be just me or I would think paying that much should allow me to have full access to the internet... <_<
