(this isn't concerning a vanilla item, its something i'm trying to piece together) I'm wondering if anyone that is good with these kinds of things could give me a general idea what would cause this, the barrel of the gun gets dark when its not in direct light, but the handle stays bright enough to see the whole time, even though the barrel is practically black.

EDIT: okay, its hard to see because the handle is pretty dark normally, but in game its really easy to notice

The barrel is normally much lighter and actually looks metallic.

by the way, i'm really happy you replied to this, I've seen your posts around and you seem really intelligent .


EDIT2:if you zoom in alittle its much easier to see in the screenshot, sorry i took like 5 of them and that is actually the best one.
