I'm doing the Come Fly With Me mission and am at the part where I have to press the button at the observation deck. The problem is that when I enter the REPCONN Research Labs all my saves are corrupted from then on out. My last working save is in the REPCONN Facility and leaving to do other things doesn't corrupt my saves just the research labs. I thought the save file stuff was supposed to be fixed...

I'm not using any mods or anything, I just got this game a couple days ago.

update: fixed this by putting steam in offline mode and continuing from my facility save.
