I know that RBP has a built-in leveler, as does Supreme Magicka, but since I use both of those, I cannot use a mod that levels all spells (including birth signs.) Is there a mod that only levels quest-awarded spells?

As far as I know, SM's birthsign and quest spell levelers are seperate.
