Greetings!

Yesterday F:NV was crashing a lot for me so I looked around for a solution. This is what helped me a lot:

1) Install Nvidia driver 260.99.

2) Steam --> F:NV properties, "General" --> DISABLE "Steam Community In-Game".

The driver fixed the graphic glitches and artifacts when AA is enabled. So far I had no more crashed and could run the game for quite a long time. And it's actually running pretty smooth. Maybe this will help some people.

Oh, and I am running Win 7 64bit, Geforce GTX 460.
