I word of caution about this controller (the TE):

There seems to be an issue where the stick buttons do not press easily when they are not in the nuetral position. So if for example you are running forward and you want to sprint while playing COD you can not sprint. In COD you only sprint when the anolog stick is in the full up position but the with the Onza, you can't have the stick in the full up position and press the stick button like you can with the MS controller. In order to press the stick button you must move the stick ever so slightly down but when this is done, you will not be able to sprint in COD.

I bought one from the store and experienced this issue. I read about it and others are having the same issue. I hope this is just a bad batch of controllers and they improve manufacturing processes. I will be taking mine back.

If you have bought one and you can't take it back, there is hope. Razer has built in a way to increased the sensitivity of the anolog sticks on the controller itself. I did this on my Onza and I am able to sprint without issue, but it still feels not quite right and I am still bringing the cotroller back to the store because it shouldn't be like this. See this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8UUfJEJ5pU&feature=channel_video_title to increase the sensitivity on the Onza controller.

I always said gaming would be reduced to this some day. Glorified "pro" accessories mass marketed to shallow individuals. I mourn thy future my little hobby. :violin:

Now that's hardly fair. "Pro" peripherals have been available to pc gamers for just about forever, and I would hardly say it has reduced the market segment to a lowest common denominator. And implying that purchasing one of these makes you a shallow individual is pretty ignorant. If the future of your hobby is in jeopardy it certainly won't be because of a controller.

Ive had my onza for about two weeks, it took me maybe 3 days to get used to it and now i love it. The only problem i have is the cable, not that its not wireless but the cable is very stiff and isnt easy to wrap around the pad and store away. Apart from that the pad is worth the money, i bought it to use on monday night combat and found it to be very useful on most games.

Have you had any issue with the anolog stick buttons?

I would keep the controller if there wasn't an issue with mine. I don't want to keep mine and then see a v2 in a couple of weeks because they tweaked the anolog sticks.

Anyone have this controller do you think it will be good for brink? I am considering the tournament edition but was wondering if anyone here has tried it in any FPS games - I've seen some reviews but rather have opinion of the community

I just tried that controller at a friends house. I hate it.

No, just that when i first got it i struggled to find the right setting for my playstyle with the anolog sticks but now i know when i change game just to give em a little twist either way depending on the game. Hope this helps.
