So I have been hanging around Arcade for a while trying to get his quest to open. I have triggered most of his likes though. I decided to hang with Boone for a few to get his quest out of the way. I went back to the 38 to swap him out with Arcade but now there is no dialogue option to get him to join up again. I went back to a previous save and dismissed Arcade to see if it was just the particular save I was using before but I am getting the same thing. Has anyone else had this happen? Any suggestions on how to get around this? Now I feel I am stuck with him until I get his quest going.

Yes, I've had the exact same thing happen with me. I sent him to the Lucky 38 so I could get Raul, and now I can't recruit him back. I really need them to patch this, seeing as I still haven't finished his quest either. I'm sorry, but I have no idea how to fix it. Just letting you know you're not the only one.

I also have this problem. And Ed-E is stuck in one of the vaults. This game is driving me nuts. We need another patch Bethesda.
