At the beginning of the game I didn't select any traits. I meant to put Wild wasteland on. Is there any way to enable it now?

And yes , console use prevents you from getting achievements.

Well you can if you hadn't got pass the confirm Character build pop up when leaving Good Springs (lets you change everything that you set up in Doc House) without Console.
