Does anyone know what kind of architecture that the Khajiit in Elsweyr have? I can't find any reference to it anywhere, And I need to know for my fanfiction.

Try http://www.imperial-library.info/. You might find clues especially in the Pocket Guides. Additionally you can look around at the various Elsewyr mods out there to get a decent idea of what others are thinking. I'm sorry I can't really be helpful, I'm a little tired right now. I may rack my brains for you when they're working.

Here is all I could find:

There doesn't seem to be much, so use your imagination for more. You could also look to Leyawiin for an idea of what Khajiiti architecture might be like. I assume Leyawiin has picked up some Khajiiti culture and architecture.

I imagine the design is based on the litter box. (A bit like Velothi architecture).

there are no pictorial references to architecture, as far as i know (Arena doubtlessly has some, but its all 8 bit squares in there).

logically, i'd say that the northern section uses mostly stone and mud bricks, while the southern section uses more wood.

modders have traditionally interpreted Elsweyr as having Egyptian references, which makes some sense but is not exactly original. A quick google search brought up a few images of http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2118/2495881719_0c5836d71f_b.jpg that i would consider http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2206/2495879593_efddd037ef_b.jpg (images property of Ken Mccown). no lore basis for this, but its original and looks like something that the khajiit would do (to me at least).

If it helps:

They probably use the wood from Valenwood?s forests as construction material

I'd assume very, very similar to the Bosmeri tree-cities in the jungle, while very spread and tribal in the desert. these assumptions are based off that they are just Bosmer that Azura bound to Masser, Secunda, and the third moon.

Third moon? Probably I missed something. Can you explain?

The third moon is masser and secunda in alignment with Nirn. Azura left through the lunar lattice during the third moon. Look it up. What that has to do with architecure is beyond me. I suggest some aksum influence.
