Is there a way to make turbo or is there a secret stash somewhere? That is one hell of a drug. :bonk:

I believe it's a survival recipe, so you'd need a campfire and a high enough Survival skill, plus probably Jet and whatever other ingredients are necessary.

What does it do??

Bullet time.

I checked last night and it's not one of the listed campfire recipes, so perhaps it's a found one. Also I hadn't noticed that creating drugs at campfires requires science, not survival.

And yes, Turbo provides a very brief bullet time-like effect.

If you go to the Great Kahn camp in the far west side of the map you can find a drug lab with a couple trailers and two people. If you do the first quest they offer you can choose caps or a schematic for your reward. If you choose the schematic you obtain the recipe for Turbo. Good stuff! I had 70k caps at the time so I took the recipe.

Turbo gives you a bullet time effect made famous by Max Payne. It helps immensely if you're out of action points or just don't want to use vats and are overwhelmed. Slow motion head shots or decapitations with my newest character are awesome!
