Yes Dark Messiah have awesome combat but game will be much better if become Arx Fatalis 2 instead of becoming an first person slasher with rails of maps-levels, RPG part was very simplified and I hope Skyrim will not have similar simplifications. .
Forge your sword in DM if you didn't play thats game before, thats one of small legacy of Arx Fatalis

First I can't believe someone would call someone a name just because they made a mistake or was wrong. We all are wrong and make mistakes a few times. Geeze.

I say yes, it would be nice to have in the game. Why, because it looks cool. Who cares if it isn't practical, or not, it looks cool, just like when Darth Maul had his dual lightsaber or what ever it is called. Remember it's a game, almost everything we do is impracticle. Running all the time? Never eating or sleeping ever 2 or 3 days if not never? Jumping all the time all over the place, No bathing or showering etc etc. It's a game. It's a game for fun. If it adds fun, then I say yes, why not.

I just realized that this thing could be used as a spear, just put the safety leather or metal in the other side and your good to go!

If they were going to put in a weapon like this it would probably be in the form of the Daedric Crescent
