I just reinstalled Oblivion, haven't played in a long time. For the life of me, I cannot find a race mod that I've used in the past. It's like a white/light blue elf looking race, although I can't remember if it had pointy ears or not...regardless, it was done very well. Default is long hair, eyes that are just one color. I'm thinking it may be a popular mod, but after searching tes nexus and planetelderscrolls I can't find it anywhere on the race mod lists or highly rated mods. If anyone can think of a mod name from experience and my vague description I'll be lucky, thanks.

I havent installed any but have you looked at Ice Elves (or something like that) that MAY have been in the Race Balancing Project? This is my best guess.

You might try the mod detectives thread and you might get more help.
