They wouldn't really work with the controller.

It'd be cool though, I would finally get around to playing them.

What do you mean? If you want to play them they're onl 10.00 bucks in the trilogy pack.

That would be great, then I could know what in the hell you are all talking about when you speak of "lore" and "canon", I'm sure they could figure out something with the controllers (16 + buttons).
EDIT: yeah, I saw the trilogy when I was googling for new footage, it would be nice for us on the consoles though

I play on PS3 and still got the trilogy pack. You don't need a good PC.

This is a very common request but I don't think it's really practical. Trying to port these games would be very difficult, particularly with the difference in controllers, and I just can't see that effort being cost effective. As it is almost anyone with an XBox 360 or PS3 has a computer that can run the original Fallouts and they can be purchased quite cheaply online at sites like GOG.

It's also worth pointing out that Interplay remains the publishers of Fallout and Fallout 2 so they're the ones you'd need to convince, not Bethesda. Bethesda might have to approve something like this but Interplay would need to be interested in doing it in the first place.

The appropriate place to discuss the original games is the Fallout Series Discussion forum. However the last few times we've had people attempt this topic it's eventually gotten locked so I think it's best to just leave this well enough alone.
