cell reset causing CTDs

Hi

To start with, just some information: after installing lots mods, if i ever went to the testinghall and waited for x number of days for the cells to reset, and then fast travel or console travel to anywhere on game map, i ended up with just a black screen, every time. I thought this didn't really matter, since I could just play for x amount of days and let it reset itself, maybe the black screen won't happen. However now that i've played 7 days (which is the number of days before my cells reset), my game crashes..so basically, i'm on day 7, at night, and if i wait any amount of time that takes me to the next day, after the loading screen and about 2 seconds later the game freezes and crashes.

naturally i thought that the frans' 7 day respawn time esp is the problem, so i removed that and tried to load a save, and wait til the next day, and the game still crashes. I've also tried to disable the esp but also using bash's feature of 1 day respawn time, nope, game still crashes upon loading next day.

i was always uncertain about the black screen problem i described before, and this seems to confirm that somehow resetting cells something is wrong and it just doesn't work, maybe theres just too much to load at once? If that's the case it seems to go along with my other CTDs, which are of only two natures, either i'm going through a loading screen, or it's loading a new area, that is the only times i get CTDs, otherwise the game is running quite fine with everything.

I really need some input as i have a very good system and it should handle just about everything, never would've thought that "loading too much" is going to cause me CTDs every time...so something else must be wrong..any ideas? thanks in advance.

EDIT: i just want to add that the alluring bottles at the end of the LO isn't causing the problems, i've already hand moved them. the list is just from a new BOSS sorting.

E2: forgot to add a few more things: if i just played the game physically to 12am the next day, the game also crashes, if i fast travel to a destination which requires me the amount of time to go to the next game day, the game crashes...

I'd recommend starting over from scratch. It's very difficult to trouble shoot something with like 100+ mods added from the start. Better to install mods incrementally while checking for stability/issues IMO.

um, lol :P i probably shouldn't have said that. the thing is, it's taken forever to get a stable game with 200+ mods installed now. in fact the game is very very stable..besides 2 specific types of crashing..the thing is, i haven't just dropped in a whole lot mods and bang ran into all the problems. I've already clean installed a million times every time with more care to specific mods to make it running perfect. i've already spent a lot of time on this build and really i don't see any real problems, which is why it would be extremely helpful if some of you pros could figure out my problem here.

anyway i don't know just hoping someone else has had similar problems etc...reinstalling everything would really be the last option
