I have been trying to get Arena and Daggerfall but I have a mac and I don't know how to install it on a mac.

Well, there is a mac version of DOSbox, so you can do it. The only command that should be different would be the part where you mount the drives. I'd take a look at the DOSbox site forums and get a better idea of how the commands look, and then adapt them for your needs. I had to do a similar thing myself, since I am on linux.

Use a DosBox called boxer. It is free to use on Mac, and it installs beautifully. You can download Daggerfall from the Elder Scrolls site for free obviously. DosBox unloads the games automatically, and it tells you how to do it in easy steps. I use it myself to play Daggerfall and it should work a treat for you. Here's the link to the site...
