Well, I could go through a bunch of links but I'll just post my load order right now and explain each one and why I run them:
-Adonnay's Elven Weaponry-
Amazing weapons. They are beautiful are pretty well balanced. Anything that you find unbalanced can be tweaked easily
-All Natural-
Makes weather realistic, and makes weather able to be heard inside buildings. It does much more than that, but those are the main features (for me anyway)
-Alluring Potion Bottles-
What can I say? They are puuuuuuuuurdy
-Armamentarium-
Complements almost every load order. I couldn't imagine playing without it, the loot diversity is astounding
-At Home Alchemy-
Hate having to pick up your heavy alchemy equipment to use it? Hat having to put it back onto your table? This is for you.
-Bravil Sea Domes-
I haven't been able to try this one out yet, but it sounds nice
-Cobl-
Just use it. Seriously. I don't know half the stuff it does but it's amazing.
-Combat FPS Updated-
Works with Streamline. Gives you a boost to FPS when in combat so that large battles don't become a slideshow.
-Companion Share and Recruit-
I love this little gem. It adds the ability to recruit any NPC in the game that isn't hostile to you and has the "Rumors" topic. It's much better than having to use some generic NPC as a companion. Want to have one of the blades follow you? Do it!
-Darnified UI-
Makes playing on the PC possible.
-Deadly Reflex-
Keeps battles interesting. No more simple battles consisting of 'Block, attack, block, attack, block, attack......'
-Heart of the Dead-
Still in the middle of this right now, so far it looks awesome.
-Heroes of Cyrodiil-
Complements Companion Share and Recruit nicely. Adds player made characters all over the world
-Initial Glow-
Now you wont look like a candy wrapper!
-MMM-
Huge variations in enemy types, and much more. Just do it.
-Old Friends-
Stick with a weapon long enough, and you become familiar with it and you get bonuses. If used long enough, an iron sword can become amazing. Don't worry, it's not overpowered. After a couple DAYS with the mod you get maybe a 5 point boost to the weapon stat. If you want to become familiar with a weapon and make it legendary, you better stick with that weapon for a long time.
-OOO-
Hell no, I am NOT typing out everything this mod does. Just try it.
-Race Balancing Project-
Keeps all the races and birthsigns from feeling identical. It's a bit harsh though, it took my awhile to get used to it.
-Realistic fatigue-
No more carrying around 10 swords and 5 sets of armor! Pick your loadout carefully, you don't want to end up passing out in the middle of a fight. All effects are applied to NPCs too so that you aren't weakened by installing the mod.
-Realistic Leveling-
Makes the leveling process perfect. No more micromanaging, just go out and explore!
-Reneer's Guard overhaul-
Once again, I'm not gonna type out everything this mod does. Just try it, it's amazing.
-Stealth Overhaul Redux-
De-nerfs stealth! Lots of goodies in this one too.
-Supreme Magicka-
Soooo much awesome packed into one mod.
-Tamriel Travellers-
Adds moving merchants and traders in the game. Now you won't be the only one on the roads!
Sorry if there are any typos, I don't feel like checking all of that over. Well, those are my favorite mods.
