How do I make potions in Daggerfall?

I have all these ingredients and I dont know what to do with them..

You really need to find a recipe. You can hop on the UESP and use theirs, or you can find them in game as random loot.

As for making them, you have to be a ranking member of a Temple or Dark Brotherhood to use their equipment.

I think certain temples and/ or guilds provide a potion making service. Not sure which ones though.
