Craziest thing you've done in your Skyrim hype.

*cough* Facepaint *cough cough*...
Haha, actually that would be completely awesome. Just walking around, minding your own business, and then a Skaal warrior passes by you, in the middle of wal-mart... O_o

Edit: I guess the 'craziest' thing was screaming out "Fus Ra Dah!" while riding one of our horses lol. C'mon, you all know it would be awesome!

Yah that would have been my thing too, after watching the trailer for the umptienth time, getting that oh so lovely tingle at the spine again when that battle cry sounded,to yell it out loud...

and then realising it was like 3AM and i just woke up everyone in the house...

Wow you people are lunatics :teehee:
Craziest thing I have done is trying to convince the naysayers here that Skyim won't svck just because it doesn't have like 1 trivial thing they want (I know it's an impossible task but damn it someone has to try)

Prey to god this is not another oblivion clone. Play that it actully has more game play then fast traveling to a quest marker. Hoping that it is more like morrowind if not a fully upgrade daggerfall systems. Please let it be daggerfall game play. I want another game where I accully do swing my swords and fire my bows. Not this spam mouse buttons stuff dies yawns and wonder why I bot this game in the first play.

Thank you oblivion for killing my RPG love but it not all your fault Oblivion I know your where only as bad as you where because you where made solo for the xbox then transfered over to the pc which I still wish they had made two totally different games of oblivion. A PC version using gameplay mechanices from they best rpg daggerfall. Then the xbox one.

when i heard about the new trailer countdown i expected the clock to be for like 2 weeks but it was 12 hours so i stayed up all night reading things on this forum waiting for the trailer. And i have to say you people have some great ideas and some downright horrible ones. There are times when i think to myself gee i hope bethesda reads this post that would be amazing, and other times im thinking wow that could ruin the game if they considered this crap lol. The trailer put those thoughts to rest though

I hum the tunes to Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim around the house. My wife is annoyed but thinks it is cute

Ran around my house yelling and telling everyone when it was announced, from friends to family, and even my cat.

Either growing a beard till the games release or staying up till 12 o'clock at night to catch the GI Hubdate even though I had an exam in the morning.

Come to these forums everyday thinking they must have changed. But they haven't. Still the same ole spear and graphics and morrowind is better threads.

I don't think I will get as hyped for this as for Oblivion. For Oblivion I would ... oh man... I would be in my garage and I would take the broom end off the broom handle and ... oh man .... and I would pretend to be a warrior with a sword. I even.. oh man ... had a flat blade screwdriver in my 'belt' that I used as a backup dagger.
I also drew some swords and shields in my excitement, and I am a terrible artist. So bad I chose band in school.

So um... not going to sink that low again. Man, I must have been a poor sight. I should check to make sure my real name can't be tied to this comment.

Turned gameplay elements of the trailer into 2,994 seperate jpeg images so I can play the sequence forwards or backwards and stop anywhere I like.

Oh, and grew a beard! (honest)

I jumped off a building yelling ''DRAGON SHOUT!'' - and broke my arm. I'm in the hospital viewing this now. On the good side, I had a bunch of cute girls sign my cast 'Dovahkiin'.

Naaaah, just kidding. Besides, for most of you guys it's going to be a couple of months of waiting until it comes out. For me, since I'll be in Basic Combat Training from mid April until early August, it won't be that far off - after I make it through. :cryvaultboy:

So, this one isn't another suggestion, but since I started doing some crazy things as a result of my hype for Skyrim. I'm wondering if I started my episode of anticipation for Skyrim a little early, and if I haven't, then I was wondering what some crazy things people have done or changes in behavior they have caught.

So, just post the craziest thing you have done so far. I'll probably do another thread each month until the start of November. And I'll start:

I have stopped using paper money and I've been carrying around gold dollar coins for about 3 weeks now. So my pockets have been jingling with "gold" coins and I have been buying things out of the convenience stores that around the grounds of the university I attend with them. I think it's starting to get on the clerk's nerves though. svcks to be them: I'm going to do this till launch.

Craziest things I did/do in my Skyrim hype?

1. Preordering right after the official trailer release, a whomping nine months before it even sees light  .
2. Spending more time on this forums than I should, eagerly awaiting my next star. (twice every day)
3. Firing up the official trailer, downloaded as HD mp4, with volume set to high, to start my day with Skyrim's theme. (it's really inspiring and good to get the mood up :) )

I haven't done anything crazy, I'm afraid.

However, perhaps next time I see someone break a rule in the art studio I'll run up to them and scream 'STOP! You have violated the law!' at the top of my lungs
