Curious about how Werecreatures function..

Seeing as, from what we see in TES4, the Shivering Isles don't appear to have definite moon cycles (or a moon at all for that matter), I've become curious as to how exactly being in the Isles would affect the transformation cycles of a werewolf or other such being. Some myths state that certain types of werecreature transform on more or less an internal clock, but only fully transform into feral killers in direct contact with the light of the full moon, whereas others vary to include nightly or monthly cycles, the necessity of contact with light varying here as well.

So, I've come to you all for your educated guesses and lore knowledge. Is there a definite way to gauge, based on the manner in which the subject contracted the disease, what race they are or what sort of werebeast they are, what the conditions for transformation are? Or is it more of an individual thing, each one's body adapting around the lycanthropy in its own unique manner? And from that, what would the effects of the night skies of the Isles have on such creatures? Would they go nuts and transform at complete random, follow a set internal schedule or adapt to some new set of rules only present in the realm of the Madgod?

There's no werecreatures in Oblivion. So... they don't function.

Lore-wise, it's probably the same as anywhere else. If the game had werewolves, Shivering Isles would've had moons. But since the Oblivion didn't have that feature, there was no need to make moons. The same could be said for Dagon's realm.

Also, The word "lunatic" came about because people thought crazy people were controlled by the phases of the moon (hence werewolves), so Sheogorath is probably all about werewolves. He probably loves the little buggers.

Or maybe they just transform anyway.
