Has anyone else had this issue? I haven't been able to make it 15 minutes into the game before it starts freezing. I've completely cleared all my old game files, wiped the cache, re-downloaded all updates and still, every time I restart the game, I can barely get started before the game freezes up. In some cases, I can't even make it out of Doc Mitchell's house. I've created about 4 new character attempts, and still this keeps happening. I've tried turning off Autosave to no avail. I've tried Xbox's recommended system fixes, as well as those suggested by Bethesda's support. The only time I had any freezing problems before was my first character after I had my companions wait. I reloaded an old save and never had the issue again. Now I can't even start from zero.

I'm just curious if anyone else has had, seen or heard of this particular issue. I love Fallout and I'm not here to complain and rant and flame Bethesda or Obsidian, I just want to know if anyone else has encountered this and if they were able to fix it. Thanks.

Is your game installed on the hard drive, or do you play from the DVD?
