My cheat console wont start up..I press tilde (~) but it wont work. Some people say its windows media center remote sensor but i don't know how to remove it..

Meybe you'll need to try change to bAllowConsole=1 in oblivion.ini? Check if this value is on 1 because if it will be on 0 it will turn off console.

nvm guys i got it..now.. to stop using cheats lol..i was using tcl and loaded a previous save but now im stuck in tcl

Enter tcl again to turn the effect off.
