I have had a problem in the Quest "Crazy, Crazy, Crazy" when when I approach Neil to start my assault on the Black Mountain radio station.
No matter what you say to Neil ("I'm Ready" or "Please Wait") he will react as if you have told him to wait, and will not follow me reguardless of how many times I open dialog with him.

Not a big deal if you go after Tabitha with two companions, she goes down like any other super mutant, but I just thought I'd report it.
