[inflamatory] Oblivion killed the loar, it doesn't count anyways [/inflamatory]
Actually on a moderately more serious note, I seem to remember somewhere that the Tribunal had both mortal and divine existences concurrently, and the divine one was eternal. That may end up in a bizarro 'outside of time' fake-out.
It depends on their actual relationship with Shor's beating heart. Did they actually fuse their minds and souls with it somehow, or were they simply leeching off it like parasites? If it's the former, then they're truly part of the Missing God now and can therefore not truly be killed. If it's the latter, they're all dead and gone for good, with the possible exception of Vivec (no official word from Bethesda as to whether or not the Trial was to be taken as canon yet. New novel superficially seems to reject his CHIM, but the Loveletter also contains elements from the novel and states he returns much later in the fifth age).
I think focusing on their mortal and divine aspects misses the point of what they truly are - Archetypes.
Vivec - the Thief
Almalexia - the Warrior
Sotha Sil - the Mage
These three have always existed and worked in tandem on the Mundus. They took the shape of the Tribunal in Morrowind, and took up arms against themselves, as Tiber Septim, who was also another Tribunal of sorts
Talos - the Thief
Wulfharth - the Warrior
Zurin Arctus - the Mage
