OBMMs conflict detector is generally accepted to be garbage.

I wouldn't worry about it, There are bound to be some conflicts, but most of them are benign. In this case it's just two mods using the same meshes.
If you are serious about avoiding conflicts you need to ise TES4EDIT. It will tell excactly what the conflicts are and you can even edit the conflicting records if you want.

There should be a TES4EDIT thread somewhere with the needed documentation.
TES4EDIT is a powerful tool, but all the options can be a bit daunting.

Actually what are getting is important. Despite what the others are saying. They think you are looking at data conflicts within a mod, not the actual data files themselves.

It is saying that files in that omod already exist in a mod that you have previously installed, in this case COBL.

It is up to you on whether you want to overwrite the files or not when installing the mod. Since the CRC matches than it more than likely is the same exact file and you can just click yes to all when it asks you if you want to overwrite or not.

Situations like this are what BAIN was made for, I'd strongly suggest using that to handle most mod installs rather than OBMM.

OBMM will not safely handle this conflict if you choose to overwrite and then later remove Dark Tower or COBL.
