Post » Sun Sep 05, 2010 9:10 pm

Hi everyone. I just wanted to know wich skio tutorial mod the community recommend? I am looking for the most compatibility toward other mods of course. I dont want to go over the top with this. Just a simple well made skip tutorial mod.

Thanks

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11495 is a fairly simple one. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23757 gives you more option roleplay-wise. I've never had a problem with either as far as compatibility is concerned.

Try http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25591. It gives 45 options for where to start your game.

It appears you still have to do the tutorial quest if you want to start the main quest...

Sorry about that I never actually used it, I was only recommended it today so I didn't know that

Just use Skip Tutorial (version 2.) Actually, I may have mixed that one up with another mod. I think the one that adds the plugin "Skip Tutorial.esp" is this one - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25237

...that one I linked or one of the earlier versions of Skip Tutorial. Those are quest-friendly.

The simplest solution is to make a save just before exiting the sewers, named Start or something, and then keep that as your starting save when creating new chars/starting new games.

If you don't mind the starter dungeon and are just looking for a way to skip all the pop-ups telling you how to play, there's a "Disable Tutorial Text.esp" included with nGCD. It doesn't require nGCD, I just never released it independently.

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11495 is definitely worth trying out, i wouldn't make a new character without it.
