Damn thats irritating.Im not sure yet if you are missing much.The dlc case has to be selected from the replay case menu, but I think the badges will be there during any case.I think ill leave all that for another day myself.I have to say, the frame rate on the 360 is pretty low at times, which is annoying.It seems to happen when cars are moving in cut scenes.The ps3 is free of this issue I hear, so theres a plus.Edit - About time for a new thread OP.

I haven't really had a problem with the frame rate besides the first 30 seconds of the game.

You eventually play as Jack Kelso and to be honest its kind of bad.It seems thrown together and pointless at times, not to mention his character annoys the hell out of me.

Yeah in the opening scene its a bit screwy.I also got it when pulling up to some crime scenes.Its really not a big deal, the 6.6 install per disc is the only thing thats inconvenient about the game so far.
