I need to talk to Rnger Grant for the presidents visit but the only dialogue I can get from Ranger Grant is him saying "We have a lot to do for the Presidents Visit", my only response option is "goodby". I've tried a bunch of stuff, I'm level 30 and I want to finish the game but I can't.

I've waited, came back, did other things came back. I don't know what else to do?
