They got nature to work outside the mortal plane. That implies they both know how nature works and things works outside the mortal plane.

You don't need myth or cosmological knowledge to get nature to work, just some very powerful alteration.

Speaking of which, how long ago did the Temple Zero Society supposedly write Cosmology?

Physics in TES IS based off of magic, which is why it took magical beings (Et Ada) To create them.

You only need alteration, because the fabric of the world is magic, thus alterable.

They didn't give a date, but the Temple has lost much of its archive, while fleeing lunatics, who think the sun is round.
