Well Akatosh have worshipers alongside of elven races, there can be some Altmer fanatical worshipers of Auriel I believe

It's almost cetain that there will be some kind of dragon worshippers, be it because they pray not to be eaten by them or because they actually want the world eaten, nutcases exist

there were worshippers "before". and then the dragons went "bye bye".. and they stopped. but now they're back, so i guess the worshippers will be back.

I hopes there are. Hopefully similar to daedra worshippers or Mythic Dawn in OB
