I am currently trying to get kills with explosives (for the trophy) but when I'm shooting them, their health is at 0 and they are still alive and consequently cannot hurt them. I get the same result if I use dynamite. Moreover, VATS doesn't offer a solution. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem or if anyone can help.

I've had this happen a couple times, it's not a consistent issue but it definitely has happened. I vatsd 2 grenades(plasma I think) into a room with 3 baddies, grenades landed right by them, exploded next to them, but they took no damage at all.

It's happening constantly. Any help?
