Tandi

Who believes we'll be seeing her?
If it's a prequel from FO3 then their's a big chance we will.

So far it's been stated that this takes place after FO3

if we can go to NCR i hope we can still see there the statue of Vault Dweller. Probably she's dead.

There's no way she's still alive in 2280.

She was already close to 100 in Fallout 2. Considering the number and scale of changes that have taken place since then, it's impossible for it to be set short enough after FO2 for her to still be alive.

I think they're gonna have to include Dogmeat, whether they want to or not. He's about as required as Vault-Boy and Nuka-Cola.

I just don't like the idea seeing people again, after seeing them enough in a previous game. There's nobody in the entire wasteland that I like enough to want to see them in the next game. I think it would be just a stupid gimmicky thing, "Oh.. hey, there's that woman, wow she's still alive... huh"..

The only person it would even make some sense as to why they are in NV, is Uncle Leo because all he does is walk across the wasteland. And he's a Super Mutant so probably the only person capable of actually getting there.

Like, if I went oversees on holidays, I wouldn't want to see someone I went to school with there.

Hrm I'd say Marcus is probably more likely to be around than Uncle Leo, as Marcus is from around that area anyway.

He wouldn't make any sense, actually, since he's from the other side of the country. Marcus is far more likely.

It takes a lot less than three years to walk across the country

Perhaps, but the country is full of various dangers and he's a pacifist, unarmed super mutant with no real reason to go to the other side of the country. Unlike Marcus, who was a sheriff of a nearby town.

previous characters and events will appear, but as campfire tales and legends like they said. The factions are where they are because of previous events, so makes sense there would be some mention of them.

I think Tandi is quite dead.

Either that, or she spent years turning herself into a ghoul so she could stay the leader of the NCR for another 100+ years.

I'm going with the first one myself.
