Or, he doesn't talk at all - ie, his character hasn't been developed to nearly the degree that Vivec's has, there's just not as much known to talk about...

Upon apperance, the world revolves around them, and they don't contribute to the plot. A perfect example of the player character. anyway

Most discussions involving Vivec revolve around Chim or his vocab., but mostly its about Chim. Its his avenue into most topics. Its seldom a topic about his character can stay a topic about his character.


It may have been the dunmer equivalent of a friendly diminutive ... the Tribunal usurped so much in their time.

I was thinking he went gagged because of his souvernir, from the assassination. That, and he had Ysmir on his tongue alot. Though no, he's not nearly as developed.
That was faked: he didn't have trouble talking while he was banging Barenziah.

I hardly think the author, being an Imperial, would have been alive to have witnessed the account firsthand.
