Aside from the typical stuttering and random game freezes occasionally, I've come across an issue that seems "consistently inconsistent". About 30% of my fast travels result in an indefinite loading screen... it's consistent because it happens frequently enough and only during fast travel. It's inconsistent in that it randomly picks a location I can no longer fast travel to, for example:

For a time I couldn't fast travel to Camp Forlorn Hope but I could fast travel to HELIOS 1 and walk to Camp Forlorn Hope.
For a time I couldn't fast travel to Neil's Shack but I could fast travel to a nearby location (can't remember the name).
At the moment I can't fast travel to 188 Trading Post which is kind of odd since normally I can.

Eventually I'm able to fast travel to this locations again, it's a trial and error sort of thing... it doesn't seem to be related to my current location either as no matter where I "position" myself on the map, it'll freeze on the loading screen. I have no idea what exactly is causing this, as I mentioned earlier my game never freezes during any other loading screen so not sure what else to say.

Anyway, thought I'd report that. <_<

Turn off the Autosave features and see if you get the same issue.

Hm, I turned off all three Auto Save options and I was able to fast travel to the 188 Trading Post... hopefully that fixed the problem until a more appropriate fix is presented.
