Possible Stutter Fix

I'm not sure if this was mentioned before but i'll say it any way. When you start Fallout New Vegas, alt tab out of the game, then Ctrl Alt Del and go to task manager, processes and right click the FalloutNV.exe and set priority to low. This also works in other games as well, though I'm not sure if it works for all, and also do not exit the game after doing this, or you will have to do this process again, also you have to do this every time you start up the game. also for 64 bit users such as myself, use this http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35262 and do the low priority fix as well for maximum smoothness :)

Greetings,

Thanks for this suggestion. I applied the 4 gigabyte fix, as well as set the priority to low. I honestly think it's running a little better, but the stutter is still there when turning/moving the mouse. Changing the resolution/graphics setting does nothing (issue persists on lower settings as well) if you have any other possible fixes/recommendations for a nvidia card please let me know, thanks!
