TES classes

First post on the lore forum. Please be gentle.

I would like to learn. I can go away and read the sources, but.... and I think this is important.. many of the sources are obscure, conflicting, or perhaps downright misleading. (As an aside I think this is what gives ES lore it's strength, there's plenty or room for interpretation).

A way that could possibly work is like a University tutorial system. One of the lore masters sets a topic for study, of greater or less difficulty depending on whether it's a beginners class or an experts class, and then people go off, read up (maybe from a suggested reading list) and present their conclusions in the form of posts. Everyone then gets to comment on the pupils' insights and the 'teacher' has the final word. Who knows it may even generate some new insights into existing material.

Maybe have a couple of topics a week for people to work on.

well people do 'teach' Lore here and debate it. You know, people like proweler ;)

you can study Lore here - either by joining in the various discussions or by ghosting - as you please ...

however if anyone wants to 'teach Lore and is not comfortable here Worm, owner of the Wormhole (see my sig) is an avid educationalist - and we have been looking at setting up an actual Game Development/Modding University based on TES and gamesas content. I'm sure you will be most welcome.
