So, I'm toying with a new PC, that can handle Oblivion all modded up. So far I have Qarls textures installed, with FCOM 9.9, and alternate start. I'm new to the mod world, and I am a little cautious about FCOM seeing as I really don't know the full extent of what it does. But I hear it is a new experience, which might be cool. I want to start a character, but want the best mods for character creation. Better looking faces, textures, clothing, tats, and jewelry. Basically want it to be much deeper. I also want the NPC's to look better, or at least different. I'm all for scantily clad hot women, but just want to overhaul the NPC's and make it all seem new and different (and add hot chicks).

I hope someone familiar with these mods can recommend a few things that can get me going. I'm really looking forward to a new playthrough. Good mods that add content and quests are welcomed as well.
