McCarran BSOD not fixed in recent patch? (Xbox)

To BUG FIXERS:-

What about MY bug?

When enterring the outside area at Camp McCarran from either inside the Terminal Building or from outside in the Mojave Wasteland leads to BSOD (black screen of death).
It is not listed as a fix in the recent patch notes.

I know from searching and searching for possible solutions that this bug is rarer than say the same problem on re-entering the Strip - but hey, there's still a hell of a lot of us with the problem!

One suggestion I read was to avoid doing the quest "There Stands The Grass". It was about the 20th possible solution I tried! (In other words too many failed solutions to list here). (So far) this is the solution that's worked for me though. I was close to giving up on the game but my love of the Fallout games just kept me searching and trying various things for 3 long, wearisome, frustrating days. I went to a save from before that quest and hey ho I can get back into the outer McCarran area.

But any news on fixing this bug? I'd quite like to complete the "There Stands The Grass" quest if that's not too much trouble.

UPDATE: well if anyone has had the same problem, this is what SEEMS to have been my problem. I had completed the quest but not turned it in. Then downloaded the update. Got BSOD when ^^^^.
SOLUTION seems to have been - clear cache, yet again. Delete cache (again). Load save from before doing the quest. Download the update. Do the quest again. Hope this helps anyone else who's had same problem.
In other words, don't download update mid-quest lol
