Sunbirds

Yeah birds, who woulda thunk it?

According to a source from the way back when: a govenor/council member/etc of Firsthold kept a hatchling as a pet. When the sun hits them their wings light aflame and their tail-feathers sparkle with all the colors of the rainbow...their wing feathers make a kick ass resist fire potion...

Totally serious...

Yep, when the bird died it was reborn from it's ashes.

Also,
The governor was later then killed in his tower by death eaters while the champion watched from a floor down.

While his young champion watched from under an invisibility cloak, more like. Damn coward, that champion.
