Interesting. It'll be interesting how the VR pods are justified.
I was under the impression Anchorage and Vault 112 were unique, so having Braun build even more VR pods seems kind of odd.

And omg, House looks like a computer. D:
Pleasepleaseplease, let it just be a Wizard of Oz-type sham, where House is just a massive germophobe (in true Howard Hughes style) so he's holed up somewhere and wants nobody to pay any attention to the man behind the curtain.

Woot, Wizard of Oz references~

I'm hoping the same, though. Since we already had that sort of thing, where a powerful character turned out to be (admittedly, to me, a little amusingly/surprisingly) a computer in FO3. Cool idea and all, but repetitive use of the same concept in different situations is annoying and dull.
I've always figured he's been either preserved in some way, or simply-as you said-hiding out and contacting others through the computer. As he seems almost paranoid about it, from what we've read/heard about him.

What I wonder if his body is still intact in the cryo tube and his mind and brain are still within but wires and such allow him to look and use robots to do his bidding.

Not nesscarily a brain in a jar just an intact body in a jar. But yeah that would be played out too much too.

Then again hes been around so this is probably not the case of course.

Wiki says he's an elusive man, which would mean he is alive but he doesn't appear often. Can't blame him, being the fact that he's 200 years old.

I do too hope he doesn't turn out like President Eden. I hated that he was a computer.

That actually makes a lot of sense.

Especially if House is the one essential NPC (which apparently has a good story reason for it).

I could dig it.

Vault 34 is my dream... An overstocked armory with weapons/ammunition filled up to the brim? Talk about a frickin' field day for me can't wait to do some exploring in there. :tops:

You, me, and everyone else with "Ammo Up" in there sig.

This sounds absolutely great! I always enjoy exploring the vaults. I hope that this vault actually worked. As long as the people living in it doesn't go crazy and start killing each other they will be much better off compared to most other communities. A treasure trove of pre-war technology with food, clean water, and lots of fire power? I expect that they will be a small trading center for weapons. At the start their weapons are for sell to everyone, In one of the quest you can help one of the major faction to have exclusive rights for the weapons by acting as a middle man for them and negotiate a trade treaty with the vault.

Those Boomers could be representatives for arms trade from the vault. The vault might be hidden in that warehouse, or something, and that's where deals go down. Either that or the vault has been ransacked and the Boomers are survivors.

I also have a theory about that tranquility pod. Perhaps they're seeking out someone to engage a program in order to gain access to the vault's weapon storeroom (like O:A). Once accessed, they'll thank you by taking up arms and try to kill you.

Sound like it would have been traded/looted clean ages ago.... Another empty, messed up vault?

My new house for FONV.

I think you can kill house because the devs said that the 3 main factions are NCR, CL and Vegas People w/ or w/o House.

It was said in one of the earlier interviews to come out but my memory isn't what it used to be so I can remember which one, but I am positive it was said. Damn you THC!

Drat. Ah well, no choice but to wait for someone to stumble across it - or new information to come out then...
