So Nehrim looks pretty sweet, but alas, I don't know German. I heard that the English version was to be released in July, but it wasn't. Does anyone know when it will be released?

They said July or August. They've still got nearly half a month to go if that's going to be an accurate prediction.

The English version is in beta. We're (ie all the folks waiting for this

) still hoping for the end of August, but I haven't seen any recent updates.

What I have so far seen in the little time I spent playing the german version is really great.
Unbelievable what a few talented modders can do with the engine.

I would say it is really worth waiting!

Oh god I think it is SO close. I played through the opening but couldn't get very far since I don't speak German. What little I saw was incredible and I am gnawing my fingers off in anticipation of the translation's release! Haven't been this excited about a game since...um...Oblivion itself!

Yeah! I've been checking the forums once a day since about september 25th. Two things you guys should know;

1.They said early september release many times now. Pretty sure they are sticking to it.
2. They said that when the release was just a couple of days away they would announce the exact release date. (So since they havent done that yet, its stil a few days off from release)

Actually it's nehrim.DE and there is no release dates on that site. It's on Moddb where they have mentioned early september, but these things get usually prolonged.

Well the person who was doing the translation was posting on this site, and would sometimes respond to questions. I don't think any other site has more information than that.

They mentioned september but that doesnt mean itll be released then. It could be prolonged to octobter nov december. Never know.

No need to be so rude. I did look on the site. Know what I saw? "Nehrim English translation will be released some time in July or August." I looked through the forums. Guess what! There was no word of when it would be out. It wasn't until like August 25th that they updated it to early September. And, as I hope you can see, this thread was made around mid August.

And it's nehrim.de not .dk

Yeah, the usual thing about "if you've nothing constructive to say, don't say anything at all"...

Anyway, Google may not help you much. I found http://sureai.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=84&t=2680 which was updated pretty recently and I've been keeping an eye on it myself. So they're still saying early September. I've been watching that thread and the http://www.sureai.de/forum/viewforum.php?f=24 in general - both seem to be updated a little more often.
