will you pull an all nighter?

Nah. I'll get it the afternoon of release and get a normal night's sleep. /lameness

No, I have school. I'll probably get it late on release night and then I'll only have a couple hours to play it that same night. :(

I'll probably stay up all night while at the same time telling myself that I really should go to bed and then making "one last coffee" hehe

Since StarCraft II didn't make me to do an all nighter once I got it....I think "all nighters" don't apply to me...I simply prefer to be well rested to get 10% more experience from enjoying the game :P

But still I belive I will buy the game->install it->turn on FRAPS->run and play the game->post videos from the gameplay and attractions ingame on YT for people to worship.

I am thinking about asking off the day after it comes out incase I do pull a all nighter, depends on how busy we are at work.

Going to the midnight, installing to my xbox, and sleeping. Wake up, finish school and come home to play. I have wednesday through Sunday off of school, but work will probably be problematic. I'll be ready though. :tops:

Am i the only one in this discusion who stays in scotland and has a release date for the 22nd.
Or am i going mental
if that is the case that friday
i shall come home from school pick up the CE of the coffee table :ninja: ,
run up stairs :bolt:, and play till am indulged by the beautiful game that is Fallout New Vegas.
Fallout 3 was amazing i put so much dedication into it :fallout:
Its something you can talk can talk about that could go for hours :talk:.
I might not stay up the hole night the first night because i know something will come up, plus don't want to waste story, but yeah on the saturday will be chill out, with some friends maybe cause a game like that you cant have friends over to play on my opinion incase they saboutage your decisions, and just imbrace the story.

what kind of person will you be in Fallout New Vegas? :)

I was thinking about playing pretty late that night after picking up the game at midnight, but until somebody clarifies the unlock time for the PC version, that's up in the air. As it stands, Steam indicates the game won't unlock until the next day (10AM PST/1PM EST). Since the PC version is tied to Steam, the Steam unlock time will keep PC buyers from playing any earlier.

depends on if I'm not dead tired from my job on monday because Tuesday is my day off so if I'm still up by midnight I'll DL it and if I'm still up by the time its done then I'll play it. If nothing else I'll leave the DL running while I sleep so it'll be there when I wake up.
Then I'll have the whole day to myself (except maybe a little school work.

I really want to pull at least a " 'till 4A.M.er", but I won't be getting the game the day of release. Since I moved to freaggin' rural ass small town Kansas I have to drive an hour to the nearest city to buy the game and don't have a car here yet so I'll be waiting till Saturday (23rd) to borrow a ride.

I might get hired within a week at some place so not sure if I'll be working that weekend (hopefully not), and if not I'll probably be helping my step-dad as we continue to build a new house from the ground up....Anyways I'll stay up playing the soonest chance I get.

I won't be able to do an all nighter, however the game comes out over here the 22nd, a Friday.
That means I'll be sprinting home after class is over, go into the store, grab the first copy I see, and use the whole damn weekend being antisocial.
I will not lie, this is possibly the best weekend I could ever imagine :fallout:

I'll install it, grab a coffee, sit down to play the first hour.

... then glance at the clock and see that it's 4am and think "eek! I have work in three hours!". That's what happened with FO3 anyway

God no.
Even though it's Fallout it's only a game.
No need to not sleep, can always play with it the morning after.
