Crafting stuff

In Skyrim will there be an extensive crafting system like Minecraft or Craftybits. I love playing games where you can be entirely self sufficient. Crafting armour with the metals that can be found in mines and cooking the venison before you eat it would make the game just that little bit more immersive.

for me the general run of the mill crafting of standard equipment would become annoying after a while in an offline environment. However, crafting unique individual items from monster parts would be good.
