Wrye Bash load order issues

I recently got a new laptop and I am migrating my oblivion install. When I run boss Wrye Bash LO looks like this.
Lock times isn't on. Boss appears to be functional. In addition there's a lot of red on the load order. I must be missing something pretty simple.
I'm using Wrye Bash 287. On previous install it work properly. I've used it for 2 years and never seen anything like this.

Was BOSS working previously as your LO is kinda half sorted? Is BOSS just 'not seeing' those unsorted ESPs... strange indeed. Double triple check that Lock Times is off. Also turn off Auto-ghost if it is on or ensure you are running BOSS from Wrye Bash, otherwise unchecked ESps will be ignored. What version of Wrye Bash are you using? Are you using CBash (you probably shoudn't be). You are right that it does sound like something simple, but if you have checked the obvious you might be better to take it to the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1114316-relz-wrye-bash-thread-50/.

I've posted a link to this thread in Wrye Bash thread briefly explaining the details. As for my lower orders condition :brokencomputer: I haven't really got over it since updating a few files. I'm waiting to get the issue fixed before I do any in-depth reordering. But I really appreciate you looking over it and all the other suggestions besides. :bowdown:

No problem. Glad you're back in business. Spotted a typo in my post above. You SHOULDN'T use the Unofficial patch if you use Frostcrag Reborn. :foodndrink:

I've seen this problem happen a few times in my own Oblivion installation. Knowing the solution became easy when I realised that all the mods that were loaded after the bashed patch were ghosted.

Anyway, this is obviously a bug in Wrye Bash's code in that it doesn't properly de-ghost the mods before running BOSS. I've been meaning to report this issue for some time but have never gotten round to it.

well whether or not it is or isn't a problem in Bash I'm not changing anything in Bash's code for that... BOSS now handles .ghost files :D (WN did that... it is in the latest dev version which we (as in WN and leandor) are hoping to have out pretty soon)

However since 277 as long as I've launch BOSS through Bash Bash's deghost code has worked fine for me... and that includes a test I just did about a minute and a half ago on my testing install (so that was on almost 600 esps at once) (although that did turn up an error in BOSS's source code which I'll have to see about fixing :! )
