ive noticed a very persistant bug or glitch in the game.

whenever i say to someone to just wait until im ready...you know when youre about to do something...and im doing that cause i want to save,then when i talk to them to continue the quest it seems that its stack!last time i was speaking to super mutant neil up at the black rock mountain or however its called and i told him to wait cause i had to kill something...and then after i killled a few nightkins i went back to speak to him and even when i told him to lets go do the thing he always replied that i shouldnt wait long or something...

the same happens in forlo...something hope camp with the superior of the camp that his stack and i cant finish his quest!the same with ED the floating thing...i dont know what i did wrong over there but last time i went to the place i was supposed to go and talked to the old lady and then ed played back a recording from someone...now that is not happening!almost half the quest are stack!only the main qquest seems unaffected.

i dont want to go into the console and start messing with the quests stages and i dont have the time to check it through the geck.

is this bug aknowledged by bethesda?should i worry or should i wait calmly for the next patch for the problem to be solved?or am i just the only person that experiences this issue?

please guys and gals!some solutions.the major problem is that i cant find the quests stages and their console codes so i can reset the quests or go a step back.
